NEMA 4X stainless-steel enclosures are perfect for food production and packaging operations because the material is non-porous, repels bacteria, and is easy to clean. The NEMA 4X rating means the enclosures have a dust-tight and water-tight seal, which protects their contents from particles, splashing water, and hose-direct water from getting inside the enclosure.
Integra’s stainless steel enclosures feature a 0.34” return flange to create a wide sealing face for the polyurethane gasket and a drainage channel to direct water away from the enclosure opening. Additionally, features like concealed hinges, smooth edges and flush door latches create a seamless enclosure surface with minimal opportunities for bacteria to hide.

Interchangeable gland plates give you an economical way to use the same enclosure base for multiple hole pattern variations. They can easily be installed depending on which specific connectors need to be connected to the enclosure—all while maintaining the NEMA 4X watertight seal.
Also featuring a NEMA 4X rated seal, our exterior or flush mounted windows provide access to controls without sacrificing protection from hose downs and harsh chemicals, both common in food production and packaging environments.
